Rice and beans that's the only thing I ate the whole day. I got sick that night and ended up in the emergency hospital the next day. I missed work for 2 days and now I am still sick with diarrhea, headache, and vomitting. I am going to have my lawyer deal with them. I didn't deserve to pay thousands of dollars at the emergency room | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
