Additional information: Chipotle was the only thing I had ate after I fell asleep and woke up from having stomach pain. I don’t know if chipotle meat has been affected from the food borne illness outbreak but a few hours after eating a steak burrito I woke up because my stomach was hurting and I rarely get sick but this one really hit me fast I had to use the restroom several times and was feeling nauseous and dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
