Barbacoa bowl. 4 hours after eating started getting stomach pain and a headache - getting more intense over the next day. Didn’t sleep much at night because I felt like vomiting. Never actually vomited but had diarrhea for a little over 24 hours. Also had abdominal cramping and sharp pain underneath my rib cage on the right side. I initially had concerns about my gallbladder but it has slowly started getting better. Chipotle was the only thing I ate on Saturday before these symptoms started happening and I very very rarely get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain
