Never had a problem with Chipotle before . I ordered a chicken burrito bowl to go December 2,2018 .Ate it after work ( 3pm) . Woke up 2am for work and felt completely off, super nauseous but still able to function . 2 hours later I was throwing up anytime I tried to drink liquid . Laid my head down at the desk .I was so weak and lightheaded .
I threw up 6 more times and finally left work at 8am to go to ER.
I was severely dehydrated with terrible Vitals .
Waiting for doctor I threw up in the trash can .
Got an IV and was discharged after 4 hours with medications for Nausea .
I was so weak and still was throwing up any water/Gatorade I was drinking .
Worst food poisoning, nearly 2 days without eating . | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Lightheaded
