10/31/2023 1020pm is when I ate. 11/1/2023 5am is when sickness started Chipotle strawberry ln falls church va 22042 Went for $6 BOORITO Halloween special. Ordered 920pm said my god would be ready 940pm. Arrived to restaurant. Still said order received. Was told they ran out of food and order would be 20 min. Got my food at 1007pm. Went 10 min home and ate. Lots of ingredients missing from my burrito bowl and rice undercooked and crunchy. Not salted lime. Went to sleep. 2-3am woke up nauseous. 5am up throwing up and diarrhea. Nauseous all day. Can’t eat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
