Food consumed: kids quesadilla meal (white rice, chicken, black beans, tortilla, sour cream, chocolate milk)
Consumed around 6:45pm (delivered home via doordash)
Symptoms: stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhea (once)
Symptoms started 4am | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a chicken bowl. White rice. Corn. Salsa black beans. Lettuce. Sour cream and cheese. Next day I have severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Never eating there again.
