2023 年 10 月 31 日晚上 10 点 20 分是我吃东西的时候。2023 年 1 月 11 日凌晨 5 点是疾病开始的时候 Chipotle 草莓在弗吉尼亚州福尔斯彻奇 22042 购买了 6 美元 BOORITO 万圣节特别节目。晚上 9 点 20 分下单，我说上帝会在晚上 9 点 40 分准备就绪。到达餐厅。还是说订单已收到。被告知他们的食物已经用完了，下单时间是 20 分钟。晚上 10 点 7 分收到我的食物。回家了 10 分钟然后吃了。我的墨西哥卷饼碗里缺少很多食材，米饭没有煮熟而且很脆弱。不是盐酸橙。去睡觉了。凌晨 2 点到 3 点醒来时很恶心。凌晨 5 点起床呕吐然后腹泻。整天都很恶心。没法吃东西。

Food consumed: kids quesadilla meal (white rice, chicken, black beans, tortilla, sour cream, chocolate milk)
Consumed around 6:45pm (delivered home via doordash)
Symptoms: stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhea (once)
Symptoms started 4am | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
Food consumed: kids quesadilla meal (white rice, chicken, black beans, tortilla, sour cream, chocolate milk)

Ate a chicken bowl. White rice. Corn. Salsa black beans. Lettuce. Sour cream and cheese. Next day I have severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Never eating there again.
