J'ai mangé une salade de poulet, hier et avant-hier (11 et 12 octobre) d'ici, et j'ai eu de graves crampes d'estomac, des reflux acides et une diarrhée sévère... J'ai l'impression de mourir !

Consumed around 6:45pm (delivered home via doordash)
Symptoms: stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhea (once)
Symptoms started 4am | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate a chicken bowl. White rice. Corn. Salsa black beans. Lettuce. Sour cream and cheese. Next day I have severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Never eating there again.
