this was the only thing I ate that day and I am so sick with vomiting and horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Headed to the er because I am so dehydrated and can’t stop going to the bathroom and vomiting. Going to call the health department and call the establishment. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
