this was the only thing I ate that day and I am so sick with vomiting and horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Headed to the er because I am so dehydrated and can’t stop going to the bathroom and vomiting. SYMPTOMS: Diahrea, severe abdominal pain (10/10 on pain scale), fever, chills, cold sweats.
NOTES: I’m pretty sure it was either the olives or mushrooms. Most likely mushrooms since those are usually fresh vs. olives that are canned.
