Shortly after eating 2 slices of pizza (high crust, original red sauce, vegan cheese, onions, and spinach my stomach felt tight, but i didn’t think any thing of it . Later i started throwing up and having stomach cramps the rest of the night . I did not poop for 2 days . On the 2nd day i had severe diarrhea . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
