Mushroom Pizza Illness Alert - Mountain mikes pizza, Gold River California

SYMPTOMS: Diahrea, severe abdominal pain (10/10 on pain scale), fever, chills, cold sweats.NOTES: I’m pretty sure it was either the olives or mushrooms. Most likely mushrooms since those are usually fresh vs. olives that are canned.
Eaten here before with no issues. New place, very clean and friendly stafff. I literally just ate here on the 7th with 5 others and no complaints. Last night (7/10/18) at around 7pm we picked up 2 pizza’s:
Pizza #1- large pepperoni
Pizza #2- large snowy alps- substitute fresh tomatoes for diced tomotes for the whole pizza (but they forgot so no tomatoes were on the pizza, therefore tomatoes are ruled out). 1/2 of the pizza had no olives or mushrooms. The only people who got sick were the ones that ate the side with olives and mushrooms which was my daughter and I. I had ingested more of it than she did, so my symptoms were more severe. We both woke up in the middle of the night (around 1am-2am) due to severe abdominal pain. Mine so severe it was up there with appendicitis which I have had the pain was so severe it was dizzying and nauseating. This was accompanied by the other symptoms already mentioned. 20 hours later snd I’m still in bed with mild stomach ache and bubbly uneasy stomach. Which worsens if I stand or sit up. I have taken some activated charcoal pills which is helping neatralize my stomach, but it is still really bubbly and upset.
I don’t blame the establishment, I’m thinking that it is done dirt of co tamination with the mushrooms as there are other reports of similar symptoms from other people across the country getting sick after consuming food with mushrooms from all different restraunts. And unless someone complained, how would the food establishment know there was an issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Dizziness, Body Ache, Chills, Sweating, Nausea
