At 2pm on July 14th I bought 2 bowls, one chicken one half chicken half beef. We ate our bowls and we're severely I'll the next day around 8pm both vomiting diarrhea chills . Still today I had 7 times watery bowels like a faucet. I took my daughter to urgent care sunday. I don't have insurance so I have to grin and bear it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
