Had Chipotle double chicken bowl on 14 September, after 3-4 hours of consuming the food I had the first episode of diarrhea. It is now a day and half later, I am still very ill. Directly next day following consuming the Chipotle chicken bowl; watery diarrhea constantly every 30 minutes to hour. 1 1/2 day later still a very sick lower intestines illness which constantly have watery elimination. Body aches, dry heaving feel in mouth. Have called in sick to work today just can’t fight this trying to work another full day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Body Ache, Other
