Double Chicken Bowl Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Mansfield Texas

Had Chipotle double chicken bowl on 14 September, after 3-4 hours of consuming the food I had the first episode of diarrhea. It is now a day and half later, I am still very ill. Directly next day following consuming the Chipotle chicken bowl; watery diarrhea constantly every 30 minutes to hour. 1 1/2 day later still a very sick lower intestines illness which constantly have watery elimination.
