Ate Carnitas Salad 1/9/17 @ around 4:30pm, at around 7:30pm I began experiencing an upset stomach. From around 8:30pm through 4:00am I experienced severe nausea and diarrhea. I had a headache and stomach ache most of the next day.For Chiptotle mgmt: order #234 (1/9/17 ordered @ 4:18pm) and I have the receipt if you would like to look in to this. I ordered two carnitas salads (one for my wife), however, one went into the trash due to the issues from the first (it was for her for later that evening).
I do not plan on eating Chipotle ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Nausea
