1 person had — nausea and vomiting
“Ate here last Saturday and have been feeling sick to my stomach since. I feel bloated and gassy. I feel like a have a stomach bug. Almost for 7 days now. I will never eat here again. I should've followed my first mind and not eat there. It wasnt clean... inside and felt germy and stuffy. This place needs a good cleaning with bleach ”
“I ordered a veggie salad with white rice, black beans, fajitas, mild, corn, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce on 3/29/20. I got sick the night of 3/31/20 and experienced moderate-severe nausea alongside diarrhea and vomiting. Other than this, I’ve only eaten food at my house that I’m certain did... not make me sick ”
“I had guac with chips from there twice that day, and around 9pm was the second time. I went to sleep, woke up incredibly nauseous and puked mostly only Guac. I feel so much better now. ”
“Service was great and food tasted good. The creamed corn tasted a little too smokey but didn't taste bad. I had the pork sandwich and my gf had a chicken sandwich. We had mac n cheese and pinto beans and creamed corn and mashed potatoes. Early the next day we... have been throwing up and have diarrhea. Sharp pains to our stomachs ”
“We are under stay at home orders due to COVID-19, ordered delivery from there, part of my order was delivered and the other I had to pick up due to a mistake. The whopper that was delivered was the one my daughter ate at about 6-7 pm the next morning... she called me crying at 9am as I stepped out to get my belongings from the office to work from home and she was crying due to all the vomiting and pain. Ended up at the ER they had to give her an IV due to dehydration. ”
“A couple minutes after I started the pita, my stomach felt a bit funny. I decided to save the rest for(this was yesterday btw) today because I might have just had a bad stomach. I ended up vomiting most of the pita up, and the part I ate today also... made me vomit. There is however a possibility it was from my gastritis, but nothing in my pita was harmful for an inflamed stomach, so highly unlikely it was that. ”
“On 3/31/20 take out order due to corona virus shut down. Husband had chicken salad and green salad. 2 hours later he expeierince diarrhea and vomiting. I didn’t eat same food so I did not have issue. Lawrenceville dept of health dismissed my claim stating can’t get food poising within... hours. 1 person, symptoms started 2-3 hours after consumption ”
“lettuce or orange peppers I ate them both on 2 days in a row . Explosive diarrhea 1/2 to 2 hours after. Not willing to rate the rest of the pepper or more of the lettuce to figure which is the problem. I washed everything before eating! Head of lettuce... and a hug orange pepper. I have cut in 4ths . I have1/2 left of the orange pepper and a lot of lettuce but not willing to eat either to find which one is the problem. 1/2 hr after eating I felt sick and diarrhea started it k ok a test 2 hrs after. ”
“Ate/bought it Thursday eve 3/12 was sick all the next day, didnt know why. Got a better on Saturday/Sunday. Ate a leftover piece on Sunday night. Same exact stomach/diarrhea. Gotta be that damn it. Me and my brother. He only ate it Friday. Symptoms started 3/13 about 10AM. Mettalic taste... in my mouth. Only excess Pepto Bismol soothes my stomach. ”
“Wolfgang Puck's Organic Chicken and Wild Rice soup I was the only one who ate the soup and the only one who got sick. I started feeling nauseous about 1 hour after eating the soup. Several hours later I woke up from sleep because I felt nauseous. I had diarrhea... and vomited. I vomited two other times and each time when I went back to bed, I could not get warm. After completely voiding my stomach, I felt better and then better after some electrolytes. Still feel weak the next day though. ”

This recall is due to possible undeclared allergens (peanut, wheat, soy and tree nuts) in H-E-B-branded Tuscan Herb Salad Kit, which was manufactured by Dole for H-E-B.
