Ate at chipotle Tuesday (4/5/2017) for lunch started feeling sick that evening. Fever, pain, etc. Went to ER 4/6 where after blood work and CT I was diagnosed with infectious colitis and placed on multiple antibiotics, pain medicine, etc. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
