Veggie Burrito Illness Ordeal - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Phoenix Arizona

Went in chipotle at Peoria ave in Phoenix AZ on Tuesday march 28th around 7pm, I order a veggie burrito, in within an hour I started feeling nausea, and my head started to feel hot, and the urge to use the toilet became uncontrollable. I went to bed with stomach pain, plus a bad headache, and vomiting symptoms, the next day I felt worse, I went in to work, but I couldn't, I asked to be sent home. On Thursday, I had to pick my daughter from her school because she was feeling like throwing up. It passed for her, but I was still feeling sick, so I decided to go to the doctor Thursday evening, my doctor gave me some pills for the stomach pain and vomiting, today is Friday the 31st, and I'm still in bed trying to get better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
