Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Got a Shredded beef burrito bowl. Only food I had eaten that day.

Within around 3 hours I was vomiting and had extreme diarrhea. I began to lose consciousness and the paramedics were called.

I have had food poisoning only one other time and this experience was very similar. It was very intense. I am 100% confident that this was a result of eating at Chipotle. Beware! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
