After going to the gym at 9am March 15th I had my muscle milk protein shake afterwards and about an hour later I had the worst stomach ache I had ever experienced. I had 2 hours of cramping and diarrhea. The muscle milk was the only thing I had to drink that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
