Took the kids to Chuck-E-Cheese and ate Pizza and the Combo Sampler and everyone was fine after eating it. About two hours later we ordered the large cookie (8 slices) and within 30 minutes all four of us were severely sick after eating the cookies. It's been 4 hours and at home, and we're all still sick after eating the cookie slices. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
