On June 9, around 3 pm, I ate 2 pieces of spicy chicken and 1 piece of “face the fury” chicken, 1 order of fries, and a Diet Pepsi. About 12 hours later, I was violently ill — vomitting, explosive diarrhea, chills and fever. These symptoms for 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
