Chicken Meal Illness Suspected - Church's Chicken, Fort Worth Texas

I had gotten a 3 piece chicken meal with fries and 4 biscuits. I hate 2 biscuits and a piece of chicken. About 1-2 hours later I started feeling sick. ( dizzy, nauseous, diarrhea, headache, fever, sweating) I have never felt this sick before. The food seemed like it had been sitting out and they just reheated it.
