While the ones for Brage Fresh were distributed to a limited number of Walmart stores in California and Nevada. There are no reported illnesses to date associated with the recalled salad kit.

Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may suffer short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Listeria infection can cause miscarriage and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Taylor Fresh Foods & Braga Fresh have notified the retailer to remove the recalled kit from store shelves and all inventories.
