Ordered a 8 piece chicken, 1 large Mashed potatoes, 1 large fried okra, 3 biscuits & 5 jalapenos around 6pm. I ate around 6:45pm. I woke up out my sleep sick with my stomach hurting at 4:30am. Had to run to the bathroom. Extreme diarrhea & nausea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
