6/18/2025 1230pm went to chuys for lunch had chuychanga- taste was off but I didn't think too much first few bites- as I got 1/4 way I realized the cheese was rancid and rotten with a horrible smell-notified manager who confirmed smell and said sometimes things get mislabeled-not even 4hrs later intense cramping, chills, diarrhea- continued through night followed with vomiting and severe headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
