I do not have the receipt since I didn't pay, but I had the chicken burrito with sour cream. Within a few hours I started to have stomach pains and bloating followed by diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating
