Ate fajitas the combo of chicken and beef along with rice and beans and I think it was rice and beans. I’ve been up all night with horrible headache and stomach ache and as soon as we got home I had to use restroom. This am I had straight diarrhea. Husband had something else and some fajitas but not my rice and beans and he is fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache
