Severe Gastro Symptoms Reported - Chuy's, Shenandoah Texas

Last night, I started vomiting around 10pm. So far, I have vomited at least 6 different times., I went out to eat with some friends there. I did not drink alcohol.  I’m also a Pre-K teacher, so I could have possibly picked something up from work. I also feel dizzy, very fatigued and achy.  I can’t keep any food down…I was close to passing out a few times as well… | Symptoms: Fatigue, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Body Ache
