On January 31, 2025, at approximately 5:30,PM, I consumed a hot dog from Sam’s Club Shenandoah, TX. Within 20 minutes, I began experiencing symptoms including nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps. Given the rapid onset of symptoms, I suspect the hot dog was contaminated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Vomiting

This is the second time we have gotten sick after eating a hot dog from this location. There is clearly a problem, and someone needs to inspect the café immediately, whether it’s cleanliness or the quality of the sausages, something is not right!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
