Chicken Pot Pie Illness - Sam's Club, Shenandoah Texas

We purchased a Members Mark chicken pot pie on 9/17/2022 and went home immediately and put it in the oven as we previously had when purchased. Approximately 2 hours after eating the pie, I starting throwing up, having diarrhea and stomach cramping. My boyfriend also started with diarrhea and stomach cramping. This went on all night long and through the morning. I called them to let them know and that they should pull remaining pies from deli cooler. The woman I spoke with didn’t show any concern and just said she would pass it along and hope we feel better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
