Ate a small, dry, bowl of Cheerios around midnight as a snack. Within 15 minutes I was nauseous, at 30 minute mark I was puking violently. Continued for another hour with severe stomach cramps. I then remembered an old tourista trick, vinegar! I took a shot, straight, and all symptoms abated within 1/2 an hour. This is proof positive of food poisoning. I know, I've had it numerous times in Mexico and vinegar saved me every time. Culprit: General Mills Honey Nut Cereal, Giant Size.
