Severe Illness Post Thai Soup - CJ's, Nairobi Nairobi County

I had eaten the Thai a Chicken Noodle soup at 4pm. It was the only food I had eaten since the previous day. By 6 pm I was very nauseous. By 7 I was vomiting heavily. By the following morning and since then (this is the fourth morning) I have had constant diarrhea. Now there is blood in my stool.
