Ate the Caesar salad. Ended up with severe diarrhea and vomiting the next two days, had to go to the hospital to get a stool sample test, blood test, and IV fluids. Stool sample came back positive for a food related parasite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
