Caesar Salad Parasite Alert

Ate the Caesar salad. Ended up with severe diarrhea and vomiting the next two days, had to go to the hospital to get a stool sample test, blood test, and IV fluids. Stool sample came back positive for a food related parasite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got sick and too full when I ate the chicken and fries. I had 2 chicken tenders and I instantly felt way too full and bad. The chicken and fries were also bland. This happened on the 6th of march but the feeling quickly went away. Worst food I've ever eaten in my life.  | Symptoms: Nausea
