I got the Cobb salad last night, and my stomach has been messed up since. I didn't eat anything other than that yesterday and I’m normally just drinking a protein shake for breakfast and a can of tuna and crackers for a lunch/dinner during the week since my schedule is busy. So that’s the only change I’ve had in my diet. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
