Shellfish 2 people got sick within 9 hrs of eating a plate of mussels. No the experienced vomiting, nausea and stomach cramps. One had diahhorea, is still unable to maintain fluids and has had to seek medical advice. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
