My husband at at the Pearl in 1/3/23 at 8pm. He ate the pineapple at the buffet I did not. VIP blue bracelet. He became ill in the early morning 1:00 am with stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. Saw the doctor on the resort. Received IV fluids, and medication. 500.00 bill. Was advised several others suffering with food poisoning by the doctor, including a baby on 1/4/23. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
