Last night Probably buffet chicken or old mayo? Not sure I also ate at the tropical casa Blanca which is attached to this hotel. May have been from there or here (Cofresi). Unable to be sure which hotel as I eat at both daily  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

E. coli led me to vomiting so much I almost passed out of heat stroke. Loss of blood pressure and other symptoms in ambulance makes me believe I was septic. The resort was not taking us seriously and it was difficult to get care in a timely manner.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

I came to this resort with 14 other people and 1 by 1, 6 members have fallen ill since arriving 3 days ago. Most likely food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
