Last night Probably buffet chicken or old mayo? Not sure I also ate at the tropical casa Blanca which is attached to this hotel. May have been from there or here (Cofresi). Unable to be sure which hotel as I eat at both daily  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

E. coli led me to vomiting so much I almost passed out of heat stroke. Loss of blood pressure and other symptoms in ambulance makes me believe I was septic.
