Both my husband and I became ill after eating hamburgers and beef at the resort. We had nausea, diarrhea and headache. My husband was a lot worse with vomiting all night and severe dehydration. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital and blood tests and fecal tests determined it was extreme bacteria and his white blood cell count was very high. We did not drink or use tap water at all, had our own bottles for drinks, and we are seasoned travellers who know to be careful. This was a first for us. There have been many many documented incidents of this during the past 4-6 weeks at this resort. They do not keep hot food hot enough and cold at the right temperature. We have yet to see them check the levels of chemicals in the pools. And several witnesses have observed the glasses not being properly washed at the bars. This resort needs an inspection from the local health department. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Dehydration
