Spinach from here, My symptoms started sometime around the first week of December. Then I had diarrhoea and had to take 2 days off. Didn’t think it was due to spinach then. After a week I bought another pack on 9 Dec which was a Friday and cooked on Saturday 10 Dec. had some more diarrhoea and nausea started and in a few hours changed into stomach cramps and non stop pain. Had to take leave for one week. Even after one week rest I am not feeling 100 percent. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
