11/30/2022 I purchased a meatball sandwich at Subway around 9pm at the Broadway and Fremont Blvd location and woke up the next morning with immediate urge to vomit and diarrhea. Gastritis from the bad bacteria in the meat and me vomiting. I tried contacting the owner several times leaving messages to their employees which he never returned. Spent alot of $ on hospital bills and I am now living with gastritis and abdominal issues. I should sue them. The owner needs to ensure proper food quality is being provided to the public employees. Chances are the temperature wasn't hot enough to kill all bacteria and it caused me massive digestive issues.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
