Jun 20th, I ate nothing but Cook Unity home-delivered food 3 weeks ago on Thurs Fri and Sat then Sun became very ill and ended up in the ER with viral gastroenteritis in excruciating pain and profuse vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, on Jun 22 Tuesday. I remained sick until now, 3 weeks later. Yet I have developed stabbing, burning abdominal pains. Absolute hell. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
