Today. Ate a chicken Caesar kale salad for lunch and balsamic flank steak for dinner. An hour and a half after dinner, vomit and diarrhea at the same time. Now at 2am it is mostly just bad cramps. Not sure had two meals today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Had a CookUnity grilled chicken tampiquena plate on Wed. Woke up at 6 am on Thu vomiting bile, which continued for most of the day. Couldn’t even keep water down. Had a fever with chills and body aches as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache, Bile

Recurring Illness from Meal Service

Yesterday Food service Cookunity our tried their meal service and we have gotten sick numerous times for the last 2 weeks and cancelled their service. We did tell them we are cancelling due to us getting sick. We are waiting for a response from them.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
