My husband and I got a BBQ chicken ranch bowl for lunch on Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon I was sick. Started with a fever, chills, body aches. Then started diarrhea and vomiting. Horrible stomach pain as well. Its Saturday and just starting to hold down liquids. Second time this has happened.
