Additional information: I ate mac and cheese at Costa Coffee Beaumont Leys on Wed 26/3/25, around 1 pm and at 5 pm i started vomiting and diarrhoea. Then fever started the next day and symptoms are still ongoing today, Sat, 29/03/25. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
