2 of us ate Costa Vida off Ten Mile around 7:30pm on 11/7. Both had pork salads. Both got sick on the morning of 11/9 within an hour of each other. But like others have mentioned, because there was a delay in illness Costa Vida never crossed our minds until I saw the news article from Idaho Statesman.
