My daughter and I went to eat dinner at Costa Vida Wednesday night during the night I became violently ill and was throwing up all night long and into the next day, diarrhea and vomiting very extreme. We both ate the sweet pork. I had sweet pork nachos and she had sweet pork salad.. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
