Nov 4th ate at costa Vida on Nov 5th extreme violent food poisoning. We ordered 2 sweet pork quesadillas and a chicken quesadillas. My son ate the chicken quesadilla and the next day he was extremely ill. Including body aches, chills, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, neck pain, extreme thirst from dehydration. The worst of it lasted 15 hours then next 2 days where harsh but not like the first of it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration, Body Ache
