Chicken Soup, Burrito Illness - Costa Vida, Mesa Arizona

My husband and I, on September 25, 2017 shared a chicken tortilla soup and a chicken burrito at around 12:30pm. Around 4:30pm i felt extremely weak and had stomach aches. I then threw up and had diarrhea and a low fever. My husbands is less severe as he only had stomach cramps. I am still not able to eat anything and my stomach still hurts and I'm nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Fever
